Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped, including tracking information.

- Express Domestic Shipping (USA): 2-3 business days.
- Standard International Shipping: 7-21 business days (varies by destination).

Shipping Costs & International Orders
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their country.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Our Promise
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Amazing Grace Fashion purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions.
Conditions for Return/Exchange
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Custom-made or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
- Sale items may have different return conditions; please check the product description.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
1. Contact our customer support team at support@amazinggrace.fashion with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
3. Securely package your item(s) and include the RA number.
4. Ship the package to the address provided by our support team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
